We worked with Nu-Pure and Arctic Wolf on the service selection, scope and business case. We coordinated procurement and onboarding, including sensor requirements, and continued to manage the service agreement and renewals.

Work through the coverage, existing tools, sensor requirements and commercial options with the client and vendor. The business case considered a managed security service alongside the effort and cost of building that capability internally.
Carry the decision into onboarding
Coordinate the agreement, sensor changes and onboarding conversations across Nu-Pure and Arctic Wolf. The client team supplied the environment information while Arctic Wolf led its technical onboarding.
Keep the service relationship supported
Manage the subscription and renewals, maintaining a point of contact as the client’s team and priorities change. The Arctic Wolf service remains in place, with Quokka continuing the relationship.
