What this version of the Quokka website stores in your browser.
Light and dark mode
When you choose a theme, the site saves a value called quokka-theme in your browser’s local storage. Its value is “light” or “dark”. It lets the site remember your choice on your next visit.
This preference is not an identifier and the site does not send it to Quokka. Local storage has no automatic expiry: the preference stays until you clear it or your browser removes site data. Without a saved choice, the site follows your device’s appearance setting.
Optional analytics and form protection
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It uses cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits and measure page use, completed guide requests and submitted enquiries. Fixed campaign labels identify visits from our LinkedIn posts. We do not send your contact details or message content to Google. We disable advertising signals and personalisation. Your choice is stored in quokka-analytics-consent for up to six months. Fonts, illustrations and diagrams are served with the website.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks enquiry submissions for automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical browser and connection information for that check. Restricted review sites also use Cloudflare Access authentication cookies; production analytics are disabled on review addresses.
Your controls
Use the appearance button in the site header to change the theme. To remove the saved preference, clear this website’s site data in your browser. The website remains usable if browser storage is disabled.
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to allow or decline measurement. Declining stops further collection by this site and removes its Google Analytics cookies where accessible. Contact enquiries@qadv.com.au with a question about website privacy.
